### sec.125A Disclosure of criminal history A person seeking to be engaged by the public guardian as a child advocacy officer must disclose to the public guardian, before being engaged— whether or not the person has a criminal history; and if the person has a criminal history—the person’s complete criminal history. s 125A ins 2023 No. 23 s 183 - (a) whether or not the person has a criminal history; and - (b) if the person has a criminal history—the person’s complete criminal history.
