### sec.120 Investigations about suitability The public guardian may make investigations about a person to help the public guardian decide whether the person is suitable to be, or continue to be, a community visitor. Without limiting subsection (1) , the public guardian may ask the commissioner of the police service for a written report about the criminal history of the person. The commissioner must give the report to the public guardian.
