### sec.108 Review of external contractor’s performance The public guardian may appoint an appropriately qualified person to review an external contractor’s performance of its authorised functions. The external contractor must allow the person unlimited access to— records relating to the performance of the authorised functions; or persons employed or engaged by the contractor; or anything else stated in the appointment. The person must prepare a report on the review for the public guardian and give it to the public guardian. (sec.108-ssec.1) The public guardian may appoint an appropriately qualified person to review an external contractor’s performance of its authorised functions. (sec.108-ssec.2) The external contractor must allow the person unlimited access to— records relating to the performance of the authorised functions; or persons employed or engaged by the contractor; or anything else stated in the appointment.
