### sec.105 Consultation and employment of professionals, etc.
In performing the public guardian’s functions, the public guardian may consult with, employ, and remunerate the medical, legal, accounting or other professionals the public guardian considers necessary.
Also, in performing the public guardian’s functions, the public guardian may—
obtain help from someone else whom the public guardian considers to be appropriately qualified to give the help; and
cooperate with any service provider or other entity providing services or dealing with issues affecting children.
The public guardian may enter into arrangements to secure a service provider’s cooperation to obtain information about services or issues affecting children.
The public guardian is entitled to reimbursement from an adult for remuneration paid under subsection (1) in relation to the adult.
In this section—
service provider includes an entity providing a service under an arrangement that involves a written agreement to which a service provider is a party.
