### sec.103 Control of the office
The public guardian is to control the office.
Subsection (1) does not prevent the attachment of the office to the department for the purpose of ensuring that the office is supplied with the administrative support services that it requires to carry out its functions effectively and efficiently.
The public trustee also provides the public guardian with financial and other resources approved by the Minister. See the Public Trustee Act 1978 , s 63A .
(sec.103-ssec.1) The public guardian is to control the office.
