### sec.95 Display and publication of licensee’s name
A property agent, or resident letting agent, who is a principal licensee must not publish, or permit to be published, in a newspaper or elsewhere an advertisement for the agent’s business without stating in the advertisement the particulars prescribed under a regulation.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
A property agent who conducts an auction must display at the auction, in the way and for the period prescribed under a regulation—
the property agent’s name; and
any other particulars prescribed under a regulation.
