### sec.92C Record of completed CPD requirements
A licensee to whom section 92B (1) applies must keep a record of the CPD requirements completed by the licensee.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
The licensee must keep the record for 5 years after the end of the CPD year to which the record relates.
