### sec.86 Resident letting agent’s registered office to be in particular building complex
If a resident letting agent has body corporate approval to manage 1 building complex, the agent must ensure the agent’s registered office is in the building complex.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
If a resident letting agent has body corporate approval to manage at least 2 building complexes, the agent must ensure the agent’s registered office is in 1 of the building complexes.
