### sec.83 Licensees to notify chief executive of changes in circumstances
A licensee must give written notice to the chief executive of a prescribed change in the licensee’s circumstances within 14 days after the change.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
In this section—
prescribed change means a change prescribed under a regulation.
