### sec.34 Suitability of applicants and licensees—individuals
An individual is not a suitable person to hold a licence if the individual is—
an insolvent under administration; or
a person who has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence; or
currently disqualified from holding a licence or registration certificate; or
a person the chief executive decides under section 36 is not a suitable person to hold a licence.
An individual who is not a suitable person to hold a licence can not hold a licence.
(sec.34-ssec.1) An individual is not a suitable person to hold a licence if the individual is— an insolvent under administration; or a person who has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence; or currently disqualified from holding a licence or registration certificate; or a person the chief executive decides under section 36 is not a suitable person to hold a licence.
(sec.34-ssec.2) An individual who is not a suitable person to hold a licence can not hold a licence.
- (a) an insolvent under administration; or
- (b) a person who has been convicted, in Queensland or elsewhere, within the preceding 5 years of a serious offence; or
- (c) currently disqualified from holding a licence or registration certificate; or
- (d) a person the chief executive decides under section 36 is not a suitable person to hold a licence.
