### sec.28 Limited property agent licence The chief executive may issue a property agent licence that limits, as prescribed under a regulation, the activities that may otherwise be performed under the licence. To be eligible for a limited property agent licence, an applicant for the licence must have the educational qualifications approved by the chief executive for obtaining the licence.
