### sec.261 Proceedings for offences under PAMDA
This section applies if a person is alleged to have committed an offence against PAMDA before the commencement.
Without limiting the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20, proceedings for the offence may be started or continued, and a court may hear and decide the proceedings under PAMDA, as if it had not been repealed.
Subsection (2) applies despite the Criminal Code, section 11.
(sec.261-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is alleged to have committed an offence against PAMDA before the commencement.
