### sec.248 Conditions and limitations on particular transitioned licences
This section applies to an auctioneer licence or chattel auctioneer licence that is the transitioned licence for an existing registration certificate as a pastoral house salesperson or trainee auctioneer.
The chief executive may impose the conditions on the licence the chief executive considers necessary for the proper performance of the activities authorised by the licence.
If the chief executive decides to impose a condition on the licence, the chief executive must give the licensee an information notice about the decision within 14 days after the decision is made.
The licensee can not be a principal licensee under the relevant Act in relation to the licence.
