### sec.243 Transitioned licences and certificates subject to previous conditions If, immediately before the commencement, an existing licence was subject to a condition, the condition continues to apply, so far as practicable and with necessary changes, to each transitioned licence for the existing licence. If, immediately before the commencement, an existing registration certificate was subject to a condition, the condition continues to apply, so far as practicable and with necessary changes, to the transitioned certificate or transitioned licence for the existing registration certificate. (sec.243-ssec.1) If, immediately before the commencement, an existing licence was subject to a condition, the condition continues to apply, so far as practicable and with necessary changes, to each transitioned licence for the existing licence.
