### sec.203 Application for order imposing civil penalties
If the chief executive reasonably believes a person has contravened section 207 , 208 or 209 , the chief executive may apply to the District Court for an order requiring a person (the respondent )—
to pay to the State an amount as a penalty (a money penalty ); or
to pay to another person who suffered financial loss because of the contravention an amount as compensation.
The application may be made with another application the chief executive may make under this part.
