### sec.173 Starting disciplinary proceedings The chief executive may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT to conduct a disciplinary proceeding. The application must state— the grounds for starting the proceeding; and the conduct constituting the grounds; and that an application will be made for 1 or more orders under section 186 .
