### sec.171 Jurisdiction
For this Act, QCAT has the following jurisdiction—
to hear and decide disciplinary matters involving a licensee or real estate salesperson;
to hear and decide applications under this Act relating to marketeers;
to review decisions of the chief executive relating to licensing or registration.
