### sec.151E Chief executive may approve adjusted CPD year
The chief executive may, on their own initiative or on application by a real estate salesperson, approve a period as a CPD year for the salesperson’s registration certificate.
The chief executive must give the salesperson notice of the approved period and the day on which the period starts.
