### sec.51 Execution by individual An individual may execute a document that is to have effect as a deed by signing the document. An individual may sign a document under subsection (1) whether or not in the presence of a witness. (sec.51-ssec.1) An individual may execute a document that is to have effect as a deed by signing the document. (sec.51-ssec.2) An individual may sign a document under subsection (1) whether or not in the presence of a witness.
