### sec.4 Act applies to land, property and documents This Act applies to— land in Queensland; and property, other than land, whether in or outside Queensland, to the extent the general law of Queensland applies to the property; and documents, whether executed in or outside Queensland, to the extent the general law of Queensland applies to the documents. - (a) land in Queensland; and - (b) property, other than land, whether in or outside Queensland, to the extent the general law of Queensland applies to the property; and - (c) documents, whether executed in or outside Queensland, to the extent the general law of Queensland applies to the documents.
