### sec.36 Order varying entitlements to property
In making an order under section 34 , the court may order that—
the property be physically divided into parcels or shares that differ from the entitlements of each of the co-owners; and
compensation be paid by a stated co-owner to another stated co-owner to compensate for any difference in the value of the parcels or shares when the property is physically divided under paragraph (a) .
