### sec.246 Covenant or agreement made by person with self and others before commencement Section 63 applies in relation to a covenant or agreement entered into by a person with the person’s self and 1 or more other persons, whether the covenant or agreement is entered into before or after the commencement. However, section 63 does not apply in relation to an order of the court made before the commencement.
