### sec.232 Individual absent from State or deceased This section applies if the person is an individual who is absent from the State or deceased. The document may be served on the person’s agent or personal representative in a way mentioned in section 231 (1) (a) . If the person’s agent or personal representative is not known, the document may be served under an order of a court.
