### sec.230 Relationship of division with other matters If this division is inconsistent with the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , part 10 or the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001 , this division prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. This division is subject to this Act or an agreement to the contrary. To remove any doubt, it is declared that this division does not limit or otherwise affect a power of a court relating to service of a document.
