### sec.215 Particular matters relating to land
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the perpetuity period does not apply in relation to any of the following matters—
a power to take possession of land or the income of the land given by way of indemnity against a rent, whether or not the rent is payable in relation to the land;
the grant, or exercise of, a right, power or privilege in relation to land, including, for example, a right of entry or an easement relating to—
mining; or
the removal of timber; or
the construction or repair of buildings; or
the construction or maintenance of infrastructure.
