### sec.213 Commercial arrangements
The perpetuity period does not apply in relation to any of the following dispositions of property—
an option to renew a lease of property;
an option to acquire the reversion of a lease of property;
an option to acquire an interest in property given for valuable consideration or in a will in relation to property;
a right of pre-emption given for valuable consideration or in a will in relation to property.
- (a) an option to renew a lease of property;
- (b) an option to acquire the reversion of a lease of property;
- (c) an option to acquire an interest in property given for valuable consideration or in a will in relation to property;
- (d) a right of pre-emption given for valuable consideration or in a will in relation to property.
