### sec.207 Non-charitable purpose trust If a document creates a non-charitable purpose trust, or a trust for the benefit of a corporation that is not a charity, and the trust is not otherwise invalid, the property must be applied for the purposes of the trust before the end of the perpetuity period for the disposition of property under the trust. To remove any doubt, it is declared that division 2 applies to a trust mentioned in subsection (1) . (sec.207-ssec.1) If a document creates a non-charitable purpose trust, or a trust for the benefit of a corporation that is not a charity, and the trust is not otherwise invalid, the property must be applied for the purposes of the trust before the end of the perpetuity period for the disposition of property under the trust. (sec.207-ssec.2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that division 2 applies to a trust mentioned in subsection (1) .
