### sec.198 Definitions for part In this part— disposition includes the conferring or exercise of— a power of appointment; and any other power to dispose of an interest in property. perpetuity period , for a disposition of property under a trust, see section 201 . - (a) a power of appointment; and - (b) any other power to dispose of an interest in property.
