### sec.165 Lessor must give copy of notice to designated persons This section applies if a lessor gives a lessee a breach notice. The lessor must also give a copy of the breach notice to each designated person for the lease whose name and address is known to the lessor. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the lessor’s failure to comply with subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect any right of the lessor to refuse to renew, or extend the term of, or sell the reversion of, the lease.
