### sec.129 Right to obtain copy of documents in possession of mortgagee
A mortgagor under a mortgage over property may ask the mortgagee to give the mortgagor a copy of, or allow the mortgagor to inspect at a reasonable time, each document in the possession of the mortgagee that relates to the property.
The mortgagee must comply with the request if the mortgagor pays the mortgagee’s reasonable costs and expenses of complying with the request.
(sec.129-ssec.1) A mortgagor under a mortgage over property may ask the mortgagee to give the mortgagor a copy of, or allow the mortgagor to inspect at a reasonable time, each document in the possession of the mortgagee that relates to the property.
(sec.129-ssec.2) The mortgagee must comply with the request if the mortgagor pays the mortgagee’s reasonable costs and expenses of complying with the request.
