### sec.119 Other matters relating to power of sale
This section applies to a power of sale given under this Act.
The power of sale may be exercised by a person entitled to receive and give a discharge for the mortgage.
The power of sale does not affect the right of foreclosure.
The person exercising the power of sale is not answerable for any involuntary loss relating to the exercise of the power.
The person exercising the power of sale under a mortgage may obtain from a person, other than a person having an interest in priority to the mortgage, any document that a purchaser under the power of sale would be entitled to obtain from the person.
(sec.119-ssec.1) This section applies to a power of sale given under this Act.
(sec.119-ssec.2) The power of sale may be exercised by a person entitled to receive and give a discharge for the mortgage.
