### sec.109 Application of part
This part applies to a mortgage over land subject to any of the following Acts—
the Land Act 1994 ;
the Land Title Act 1994 ;
the Housing Act 2003 ;
a Resource Act;
another Act.
Subject to this Act or another Act, this part also applies to a mortgage over the following property—
land other than land mentioned in subsection (1) ;
property other than land.
(sec.109-ssec.1) This part applies to a mortgage over land subject to any of the following Acts— the Land Act 1994 ; the Land Title Act 1994 ; the Housing Act 2003 ; a Resource Act; another Act.
(sec.109-ssec.2) Subject to this Act or another Act, this part also applies to a mortgage over the following property— land other than land mentioned in subsection (1) ; property other than land.
- (a) the Land Act 1994 ;
- (b) the Land Title Act 1994 ;
- (c) the Housing Act 2003 ;
- (d) a Resource Act;
- (e) another Act.
