### sec.10 Particular matters not affected This division does not affect— the creation of a short lease; or the application of the law relating to part performance; or the creation or operation of a resulting, implied or constructive trust; or the making or operation of a will; or the disposition of land by operation of law; or the disposition of land by order of any court. To remove any doubt, it is declared that a short lease created by parol takes effect when the lessee has an immediate entitlement to possession. (sec.10-ssec.1) This division does not affect— the creation of a short lease; or the application of the law relating to part performance; or the creation or operation of a resulting, implied or constructive trust; or the making or operation of a will; or the disposition of land by operation of law; or the disposition of land by order of any court.
