### sec.23 Requirements for electronic voting systems
An electronic voting system must—
give an eligible engineer an opportunity to change the engineer’s vote before casting the vote; and
not allow a person to find out how a particular engineer cast the engineer’s vote; and
give the same result in the scrutiny of votes as would be obtained if the scrutiny were conducted without using the system.
