### sec.13 Requirements for ballot forms
An electronic ballot form or a paper ballot form must—
list the name of each candidate in alphabetical order; and
be accompanied by any written statements by the candidates given to the registrar.
The registrar may make any changes to the electronic ballot form that are necessary to allow the form to be displayed electronically.
