### sec.94 Presiding at meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present.
If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, but the deputy chairperson is present, the deputy chairperson is to preside.
If the chairperson and deputy chairperson are both absent from a board meeting—
the member nominated by the chairperson is to preside; or
if the chairperson does not nominate a member under paragraph (a) —the member nominated by the deputy chairperson is to preside.
If the offices of chairperson and deputy chairperson are vacant, the member chosen by the members present is to preside.
(sec.94-ssec.1) The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present.
(sec.94-ssec.2) If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting, but the deputy chairperson is present, the deputy chairperson is to preside.
(sec.94-ssec.3) If the chairperson and deputy chairperson are both absent from a board meeting— the member nominated by the chairperson is to preside; or if the chairperson does not nominate a member under paragraph (a) —the member nominated by the deputy chairperson is to preside.
(sec.94-ssec.4) If the offices of chairperson and deputy chairperson are vacant, the member chosen by the members present is to preside.
- (a) the member nominated by the chairperson is to preside; or
- (b) if the chairperson does not nominate a member under paragraph (a) —the member nominated by the deputy chairperson is to preside.
