### sec.85 Conditions of appointment
A member holds office—
on a part-time basis; and
on terms, not otherwise provided for in this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council.
A member is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(sec.85-ssec.1) A member holds office— on a part-time basis; and on terms, not otherwise provided for in this Act, that are decided by the Governor in Council.
