### sec.75B Publishing information if person other than registered professional engineer found guilty of offence
This section applies if a person other than a registered professional engineer is found guilty of an offence against part 7 of this Act, whether or not a conviction is recorded.
The board may, during the relevant period, publish the information about the offence on the board’s website.
For subsection (2) , only the following information may be published—
the person’s full name and any other identifying particulars;
the person’s business address or former business address;
particulars of the offence committed by the person;
any other particulars prescribed by regulation.
If the finding of guilt is quashed on appeal, the board must remove any reference to the offence from the website.
In this section—
relevant period means the period starting on the date the finding of guilt is made and ending 5 years after that date.

(sec.75B-ssec.1) This section applies if a person other than a registered professional engineer is found guilty of an offence against part 7 of this Act, whether or not a conviction is recorded.
