### sec.67 Obstructing board or investigators
A person must not obstruct the board in its exercise of a power in the conduct of an investigation, or an investigator in the exercise of a power, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
If a person has obstructed the board or an investigator as mentioned in subsection (1) and the board or investigator decides to proceed with the exercise of the power, the board or investigator must warn the person that—
it is an offence to obstruct the board or an investigator, unless the person has a reasonable excuse; and
the board or investigator considers the person’s conduct is an obstruction.
In this section—
obstruct includes hinder and attempt to obstruct or hinder.
