### sec.62D Matters investigator must tell occupier
Before asking for the consent, the investigator must—
explain to the occupier the purpose of the entry, including the powers intended to be exercised; and
tell the occupier that—
the occupier is not required to consent; and
the consent may be given subject to conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
