### sec.62 Return of seized document The board must return a document seized as evidence, whether by the board or an investigator, to its owner— at the end of 6 months; or if proceedings involving the document are started within 6 months—at the end of the proceedings and any appeal from the proceedings. Despite subsection (1) , the board must immediately return the document to its owner if the board stops being satisfied its continued retention as evidence is necessary.
