### sec.37 Complaints about conduct
A person who is aggrieved by a registered professional engineer’s conduct in carrying out professional engineering services, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, may make a complaint about the conduct to the board.
A complaint must be in the approved form.
The chairperson must keep available for inspection, at the board’s office by members of the public, information about—
the type of conduct the board considers may give rise to a complaint; and
how a person may make a complaint.
The board must publish on the board’s website the information mentioned in subsection (3) .

(sec.37-ssec.1) A person who is aggrieved by a registered professional engineer’s conduct in carrying out professional engineering services, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, may make a complaint about the conduct to the board.
