### sec.35J Approved audit programs The board may approve a program (an approved audit program ) to audit 1 or more registered professional engineers. The purpose of the approved audit program is to find out if a registered professional engineer to whom the program applies (an audited engineer ) has complied with— a code of practice approved under section 108 ; or part 7 .
