### sec.33 Surrender of registration
A registered professional engineer may, by notice given to the board, surrender the engineer’s registration.
The surrender takes effect on the later of the following—
the end of 7 days after the day the notice is given;
a day stated in the notice for the surrender.
(sec.33-ssec.1) A registered professional engineer may, by notice given to the board, surrender the engineer’s registration.
(sec.33-ssec.2) The surrender takes effect on the later of the following— the end of 7 days after the day the notice is given; a day stated in the notice for the surrender.
- (a) the end of 7 days after the day the notice is given;
- (b) a day stated in the notice for the surrender.
