### sec.32AA Notification of prescribed changes
A registered professional engineer must give notice to the board of a prescribed change for the engineer within 21 days after the change, unless the engineer has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
In this section—
prescribed change , for a registered professional engineer, means a change relating to a matter that the board may consider under section 11 when deciding whether a person is fit to practise as an engineer.
