### sec.25 Restoration of registration
If the board decides to restore the applicant’s registration, the board must as soon as practicable give the applicant a new certificate of registration.
The board may, in restoring the applicant’s registration, decide to impose conditions on the registration that are reasonable and relevant.
If the board decides to impose conditions on the applicant’s registration, the board must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
The registration remains in force for the period—
commencing on the day when the board makes the decision; and
ending on the last day of the registration period in which the decision is made.

(sec.25-ssec.1) If the board decides to restore the applicant’s registration, the board must as soon as practicable give the applicant a new certificate of registration.
