### sec.144 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may be made about the following—
fees, including the refunding of fees, payable under this Act;
the procedures for electing a member of the board;
imposing a penalty of no more than 20 penalty units for contravention of a regulation.
Without limiting subsection (2) (a) , a regulation may prescribe amounts as fees having regard to the costs of the board performing its functions under, or complying with, this Act or another Act.
Also, without limiting section 10 (1) (a) , a regulation may provide for a qualification under that paragraph by reference to subjects or areas of learning relating to engineering.
(sec.144-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
