### sec.140A Costs of investigation This section applies if a court finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act. The court may make an order requiring the person to pay an amount to the board as compensation for all, or a part of, the reasonable costs of any investigation by the board about the offence, including the costs of preparing for the prosecution.
