### sec.140A Costs of investigation
This section applies if a court finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act.
The court may make an order requiring the person to pay an amount to the board as compensation for all, or a part of, the reasonable costs of any investigation by the board about the offence, including the costs of preparing for the prosecution.
This section does not limit the orders for costs the court may make on the finding of guilt.
