### sec.14 Refusal of application If the board decides to refuse to grant the application, it must as soon as practicable— give the applicant an information notice for the decision; and refund the fees that accompanied the application less a reasonable amount, if any, prescribed under a regulation for processing the application. - (a) give the applicant an information notice for the decision; and - (b) refund the fees that accompanied the application less a reasonable amount, if any, prescribed under a regulation for processing the application.
