### sec.136 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—
the appointment of—
the chairperson or another board member; or
the registrar; or
an investigator;
the authority of the board or a person mentioned in paragraph (a) to do anything under this Act.
- (a) the appointment of— (i) the chairperson or another board member; or (ii) the registrar; or (iii) an investigator;
- (i) the chairperson or another board member; or
- (ii) the registrar; or
- (iii) an investigator;
- (b) the authority of the board or a person mentioned in paragraph (a) to do anything under this Act.
